We used rainbow dyed tops to make rolags at the workshop

I aim to make 60 rolags an hour and then have hours of lovely spinning to look forward to. The ones pictured here look a bit tatty  – they started off perfectly but after being handled by sixteen people as we sorted out those which were tints, tones and shades of colour they got tossed into the basket to make room for everyone to have a go at making their ownDSCF3588

  1. I never thought I would be able to make such light and airy rolags. With your help and advice, I am hoping to reach, someday, 60 rolags an hour. Thank you Pam. 😀

    1. Have you tried spinning the rolags yet – the reward for all your work – it is just lovely spinning from rolags but I don’t usually start people off making them as when you first start you just want to spin-not spend hours making rolags!Anyway – with your beautiful Schact carders you’ll soon be churning them out – LuvPx
